Quite a few of you have been asking about resources for Easter so we have put together a quick summary of what we have found so far.

Online worship resources for Holy Week & Easter

A Spiritual Communion - A the moment people cannot attend services and receive Holy Communion however, they can take part in a Spiritual Communion. Here is some guidance and wording for offering a Spiritual Communion online.

Family Worship Resources - Chelmsford Diocese have resources for each day of Holy Week to for family worship. 

Dwelling in the Word - a method produced by Church Innovations for praying with the Word and includes a PDF guide to download.


Visual Bible reading - on Engage Worship with a powerpoint download that you can share with others. 

Lent Family Creative Journal - available on Engage Worship website with resources on different themes such as fasting praying and for days in holy week.

 
Palm Sunday Resources
A pre-recorded Palm Sunday Eucharist with the Bishop of Manchester will be released on the Church of England’s Facebook page

Recording and sharing the Matthean Passion narrative. A form of this narrative which can be used in a sequence of times and places in the home has been shared by Bishop David Wilbourne 

Make your own ‘palm’ cross out of paper or card.


 
Maundy Thursday
The Society of St Wilfrid and St Hilda has produced films for each day of the Triduum which can be shared

As a family, during your worship, consider washing each other's feet as Jesus did for the disciples at the last supper.

 
Good Friday all age prayer stations on Engage Worship website for all the family to get involved with.



 
Easter Sunday
